Who you're dealing with

Recommendable is operated by Think again. B.V., an AI consultancy based in Utrecht (thinkagain.nl), at Dr. P. van Hoeklaan 2, 3571 WG Utrecht, Chamber of Commerce number 42043713. Recommendable is not a separate company; your agreement is with Think again. B.V. Questions about these terms can go to info@recommendable.co.

The service

Recommendable delivers audits and strategies to get recommended more often by AI assistants, in three packages: the AI Search Website Audit, the AI Search Strategy and Strategy & Workshop. What each package includes is on the package pages and our pricing page. Recommendable is for business customers only; the consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

Price and payment

Every package has a fixed price, excluding VAT. You pay once per package; there is no subscription. After the intake and before we start you receive the invoice, with a payment term of 14 days.

Delivery

We deliver the AI Search Website Audit within a week of the intake, the AI Search Strategy within two weeks. We agree the date of a workshop together. If we need information from you to continue, the delivery time moves with it.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel free of charge until the analyses start. After that you pay the full price, because the work is already under way. You can reschedule a workshop free of charge up to 10 working days beforehand.

Re-measurement and upgrading

One re-measurement is included in your package. You use it at a moment you choose, within 12 months of delivery. After that, a re-measurement costs 195 euro after an AI Search Website Audit and 495 euro after an AI Search Strategy. Within 60 days of the delivery of an AI Search Website Audit you can upgrade to the AI Search Strategy for the difference (1,000 euro); after those 60 days we first measure your site again and you pay the difference plus a re-measurement (1,195 euro). From the AI Search Strategy to Strategy & Workshop you also pay the difference (1,000 euro).

Access to the platform

If you work with our platform as an agency or consultant, you need an account. Keep your login details confidential and let us know straight away if you suspect someone has unauthorised access. You are responsible for what happens under your account and within the organisations you manage.

Your data

The content you add to Recommendable stays yours. You give us a limited license to process it for one purpose: providing the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Recommendable only for its intended purpose. In particular, you won't:

• analyze websites or brands in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of others
• attempt to gain access to other organizations' data or to our systems
• resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement
• use the service to send spam or to build a competing dataset by scraping our output at scale

AI-generated recommendations

Recommendations are generated with the help of large language models, based on the data available at the time of the audit. They are advice. We work hard to make them accurate and evidence-backed, and you should still review them before acting. We can't guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, citations or traffic.

Intellectual property

The Recommendable software, brand and design belong to Think again. The reports and recommendations generated for your organization are yours to use within your business, including sharing them with your clients.

Liability

We provide the service with care, and to the extent permitted by Dutch law our liability for damages arising from the use of Recommendable is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We're never liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

If you have an account, you can stop using Recommendable and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and the chance to export your data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we'll notify you in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
