Why this is not a prompt tracker

Prompt trackers count mentions. We measure the decision.

Dozens of tools fire a fixed set of prompts every day and count whether you appear. That is a thermometer: it says you have a fever and nothing about the cause. The cause is your body of evidence, everything a model finds about you and what it has made of that. We measure that, and then the answer and the conversation.

The measurement chain

Nine links. A prompt tracker measures one.

A recommendation follows from what a model finds about you. We measure that evidence, the answer and the conversation, and turn all of it into a plan.

Mentioned, recommended and cited stay three numbers. A prompt tracker measures them once a day from a fixed set of prompts; we measure them repeatedly, with a margin, and before that everything that shapes them.

What a prompt tracker leaves out

Five things a prompt tracker cannot show you

The buying moments in your market

A tracker measures a fixed set of prompts. We measure the buying moments, topics and questions from your market, and that map decides what gets measured.

The margin on every number

One answer is a coin flip. We ask repeatedly and print the 95% band and a label next to every number, so you see whether a difference is real or noise.

Whole conversations

The decision rarely falls at the first question. Buyer archetypes talk to an assistant until they decide, and you see where you drop out and why.

What the model checks

The searches a model fires before it answers, including the checks against your own site, and whether your pages hold up.

What to do

An Action Plan by impact and effort, with per action which page or channel, why it matters and who picks it up.

We still count citations. They are an excellent outreach list. They are not the KPI.
